Helen：Well, this is the chart showing our company's organization structure.
海伦：这个是我们公司组织的架构图表。
Wendy：Could you explain a little bit to me about it?
温迪：可以跟我详细说说吗？
Helen：OK. At the top, Mr. Thomas, Managing Director, is responsible for running the company.
海伦：好的。最顶层的是汤姆斯先生，我们的常务董事，负责运营整个公司。
Wendy：How many departments do we have?
温迪：那我们有多少个部门？
Helen：Let me see. We have three major divisions: Operations, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Administration. There are three to four departments within each division.
海伦：我看看。我们分三大部：运营部，市场销售部和财务行政部。每个部都有三到四个部门。
Wendy：Then there must be about 10 departments. Is Customer Service a part of Sales and Marketing?
温迪：那大概有十多个部门了。那客服部是不是属于市场销售部？
Helen：Yes, you are right. The Sales and Marketing division has a number of departments: Customer Service, where you will be working, Advertising, Communications, and, of course, Sales and Marketing.
海伦：没错。市场销售部有很多部门：你所在的客服部、广告部、公关部，当然，还有市场销售部。
Wendy：OK! Who should I report to?
温迪：明白。那我向谁汇报工作？
Helen：Mr. White, the director of the Sales and Marketing Division. He is on a business trip and is supposed to be back this morning. You will probably be meeting him at lunch.
海伦：怀特先生，他是市场销售部主管。他出差了，应该今天上午回来。你大概在午饭时间可以见到他。
Wendy：I'm looking forward to that! Thank you for the introduction!
