Timetables are common in our daily life. You see them everywhere. You may see a class timetable in your classroom, a train timetable at a railway station or an airline timetable or flight schedule at the airport. A timetable, which is also called a schedule especially in the US, is a list or table of actions or events arranged according to the time when they take place. A timetable can be simple or complicated (复杂) for different purposes. It can be made either by hand or on a computer. For example, the timetable for the national railway network is so complicated as to take a lot of people much time and effort to make it while a timetable designed for a daily routine can be much simpler.
